The head of the DP Sali Berisha stated in the Debate show on A2Cnn that the decision to release him from house arrest was accelerated by the Strasbourg Court

There are two moments. These questions were scalding for the government because they violated every principle of the process. The Strasbourg court on November 20 was waiting for answers from our side and the other side. I have not made any personal intervention.
