In today's parliamentary session, there were fierce debates and tensions between the opposition MPs and MP Agron Shehaj.

The latter requested an interpellation with the Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku regarding the Thumane-Kashar axis, thus causing an objection from the opposition because it was an exhausted issue and such an interpellation had been made.

Shehaj blocked the floor demanding to speak in parliament on this issue but there was an immediate reaction from the opposition.

The head of the PD parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, addressed Shehaj, saying that this interpellation was held once, while on the other hand, Flamur Noka called him Veliaj's mercenaries.

In fact, Agron Shehaj, who today plays the role of a strong opposition and attacks both the PD group and the majority, used to walk in his offices together with the mayor Erion Veliaj.

Veliaj visited Agron Shehajt's business "Call Center" and advertised it as an example of success for 2016.

For Veliaj, Shehaj was a success story of how an investor had returned to Albania to invest.

In 2015, Shehaj came out openly under the company of Erion Veliaj, who at that time held the post of Minister of Social Welfare and Youth.

"We have 11 centers in total, most of them are in Tirana, and only one is outside Tirana, in Vlora. They are all young, most of them are women, they are students. Our plans are to continue to expand, because I see there are many people who have a desire for work", said Shehaj at that time.

While on the other hand Veliaj, in the position of Minister of Social Welfare and Youth, expressed support for Shehajt's call center business./ CNA
