The Assembly will convene today in plenary session at 10:00. According to the agenda, today is expected to be approved the normative act for compensation of prices of construction materials.
Through this act the government compensates the builders of public contracts by 5-30% for the increased price of iron, cement, bitumen, plastic pipes, aluminum, copper and zinc.
But the opposition has opposed price compensation. It was the PD MP Grida Duma who came out against this act, stating that its beneficiaries are people with criminal records, while 8 of the company owners are under investigation.
