The constitutionalist overthrew the small parties/ See: Politically influenced

The President of LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, spoke about the decision of the Constitutional Court, which overturned the request of small parties for changes to the Electoral Code.

Shehi described the decision of the Constitutional Court as politically influenced.

During his speech on the show "Noë" in Euroneës Albania, Shehi said that with this decision, Albanian democracy lost a chance, while the court lost the chance to show that it is not politically influenced.

"I was expecting a favorable decision, but we are in that group that accepts the decisions of the courts. My opinion is that a great chance for Albanian democracy is lost, not for small parties, all Albanians lost a chance. Second, we as the complaining party missed a practical opportunity to make a joint list. Third, the court lost a chance to show itself independent from the political environment, but we will respect the court's decision", said Shehi./ CNA
