The mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has been in SPAK for about 5 hours, where he is being questioned about the files under investigation.
After Veliaj, the political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, went to SPAK this Thursday.
While entering SPAK, Kelliçi told reporters that he will always be transparent and will announce the testimony after leaving.
"Don't worry, I'm always transparent, I'll come in and let you know", he said.
