Mayor Erion Veliaj spoke at the Municipal Council meeting about his call to the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Veliaj used the old script saying that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha is to blame for this, while again he lied stating that he went as a collaborator and as a visitor to SPAK.
