Who served Gjiknuri when PD chose Kamza and Elbasan for electronic voting?

If there were 2 municipalities where the PD was believed to have an advantage in support in the electorate, they were 2, Elbasani and Kamza.

Elbasani because the conflicts between the gangs had tired the voter and the periodic conflict in the middle of the city had increased the dissatisfaction of the gray electorate.

In all the opposition polls, Elbasan had a clear chance of being won by the coalition "We win together".

Kamza, as a bastion of the right, had slipped to the left in the direction of the local administration, not because of the vote, but because of the lack of competition. Therefore, Kamza was also believed to return to its traditional trend.

But who proposed, defended and approved in DP that Kamza and Elbasani be included in electronic voting?

The selection was clearly in favor of the government and as soon as this became public, the enthusiasm in the viola camp was noticeable!

It is known that electronic voting is complex, especially for an electorate that is uneducated and distrustful of electronics.

Where PD was certain of victory, it should not have chosen electronic voting.

In the conditions where the SP has power (even local), electronic voting complicated the voters.

At least those who are employed in local government offices are complexed.

The fact that even the "Bashke Fitomje" candidate himself, in the first hours of voting, showed distrust in the system, strengthens this analysis even more.

The reasoning calculated on the sure victory that "the release of the result for Kamza and Elbasan immediately after the closing of the voting, will increase the enthusiasm in the rest of the Municipalities", did not calculate the effect of distrust in electronics in the voting process.

In the final, the result that came out of the electronic boxes justified the enthusiasm in PS. That result, i.e. the selection of Kamza and Elbasan for electronic voting, served Gjiknuri as the head of the District of Elbasan and Rama as the Prime Minister who won the bastions of the right.

The joy of the ruling camp, both before the vote and after the result in Elbasan and Kamëz, proved that whoever chose electronic voting in Elbasan and Kamëz is either an idiot or a soldier of Gjiknur.
