For the umpteenth time, Prime Minister Edi Rama threw a series of accusations at the Cadastre Directorate, as if to warn of the arrest of Artan Lame and his subordinates.

Rama said from Fieri that the Cadastre is the portrait of the government's shame and that it has not resolved the property issue, leaving Albanians in conflict.

"Even though we have made a revolution in a large part of the services, removing queues and offices, the Cadastre is the portrait of our shame. This is the truth and if we don't tell others it looks like we have agreed to this truth. But we can never agree.

Whoever thinks it is a loan with low interest is very wrong, it is a loan with high interest. We have to overturn... and we are close to overturning the order that prevails in the Cadastre. As we have done with many other services, we must do the same. We must close the doors of the Cadastres and we will do this very soon", said the head of the government.

In fact, this is not the first time that the prime minister mentions corruption in the Cadastre institution.

Even in other meetings of the thanksgiving tour, such as in Tirana, or in Korçë, Elbasan, Vlorë, Sarandë and Durrës, Rama has described it as the institution that has left the issue of properties at a standstill.

"We did not receive the vote of the people of Vlora for the mortgage of Vlora. The mortgage of Vlora is the shame of the SP of Vlora and the SP of Albania", said the prime minister in Vlora, while in Saranda he declared that:

"The biggest problem is the mortgage, Cadastre. That is done, the mirror of the shame of the SP. The SP's mirror of shame. People who have gone to work in the Cadastre, under the name of socialist, and have defaced the SP flag. They have violated the contribution, support and trust of thousands of voters who vote for the SP. And this is unfair".

On the other hand, in Tirana Rama said that Hipoteka was treated as a place where the powerful employ people.

"Who has had "2 Lek power" in the party, has seen the mortgage as a traffic zone of their own interests. This truth is good to say, let us be ashamed of this thing. Whoever has a hand in this shame should resign and that agency should become a bank. "Just as it does not occur to a person to play with the exchange rates of the Bank of Albania, it should not occur to him to deal with the lands of the Albanians", he emphasized.

These consecutive statements, which seem like a warning for a series of arrests, come when 3 months have passed since the dismissal of Artan Lames as the General Director of the Cadastre Agency.

Lame was dismissed on March 9 of this year, after leading ALUIZNI and then the State Cadastre Agency for 10 years.

A voluminous file for the Cadastre, with numerous complaints from citizens can lead to arrests.

The registry is a story of shame, which was led by Lame, against whom it is learned that there are dozens of reports in SPAK and it seems that it will be the next "head" that will be expected of the high officials who have cooperated with Rama in power these 10 years ./ CNA.al
