Deputy Saimir Korreshi has revealed the behind the scenes in the Democratic Party, as he commented on the statement of the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha about the negotiations with Gazment Bardhin for the merger.

Korreshi said in a television appearance that in July there was an agreement between the two DP groups, despite the fact that they think differently in terms of leadership.

He stated that the reason that made them discuss about unification is that both groups have the main enemy, Prime Minister Edi Rama.
