The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, held a meeting in Durrës today, where the presentation of the DP's program in the tailoring business is taking place. In his speech, Berisha focused on the Democratic Party's plan for entrepreneurs and the economy.

Berisha emphasized first and foremost that these parliamentary elections are about the economy.

Berisha said that one of the main problems of the economy is what he called the narcoeuro.

Berisha said that the DP aims for relief in the fiscal burden, compensation for exporters and better conditions for entrepreneurs.

"These elections are first and foremost for the economy. We have defined "Made in Albania" products as a source of pride. We will support Albanian production. Let's do everything for the success of Albanian entrepreneurs. Let's ease the fiscal burden as much as possible. I can hardly understand that you are creating narcoeuro. It is a very serious blow to business. They bring wagons of euros and knock the euro down in Albania.

Dramatic drop in exchange rate and heading towards bankruptcy. The government will compensate every penny of the euro exchange rate for all exporters. So that they can work in calmer and safer conditions. These are enterprises that deal with the euro.
