Rama is justified/ Even in the most developed countries, pensions are the most

Prime Minister Edi Rama has spoken to pensioners saying that pensions are the most difficult part not only for Albania but also for more developed countries such as Germany, or the countries of the Region.

Rama stated that this is not a matter of the state budget but of society and those who earn money in Albania.

"It is very important that everyone is clear about why pensions are the most difficult part for any state.

Take the most developed country, Germany, and every country in the region will see that pensions are the hardest part. There are a number of reasons why, which we will try to explain.

We will try to share with you even though this issue is not a matter of the state budget as the weapon of the government. This is a common issue of society, of all those who earn money. Anyone who earns money in Albania with a small business with a small salary, within that profit has a legal obligation to give what is due to the pensioners through the scheme.

In order for us to increase the capacity to have a sustainable increase in pensions, we must definitely increase contributions and impose contributions for those who earn for themselves and steal pensioners by not paying pensioners," said Rama./ CNA
