To pensioners: They are trying to manipulate them with fairy tales

Prime Minister Edi Rama in a meeting with pensioners has expressed his regret for the reaction of many pensioners who, after the increase in pension indexation by 4.1%, were influenced by the statements of those who shed crocodile tears, thus referring to the opposition and accusations against the government.

According to Rama, the opposition is trying to manipulate the feelings of pensioners with fairy tales that are neither on earth nor in heaven.

"I feel sorry for many of you that when indexation for pensioners went up by 4.1% you were flooded with rivers of poison from all those who shed crocodile tears for you but you have lived long enough to know them, smell them those who appear as new faces but are the continuation of the old ones. If it wasn't like this, the attempt to manipulate the feelings of pensioners for fairy tales that don't live in heaven or on earth would not be the same," said Rama. CNA
