Lost in Elbasan/ Reagon Luciano Boçi: Evil has been institutionalized in our country

The candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition for the Municipality of Elbasan, Luciano Boçi, has reacted after losing against the socialist rival Gledian Llatjas.

He thanked the citizens of Elbasan while expressing reservations about the way the electronic counting process went. Among other things, he writes that the result of these elections carries a number of contestable elements.

With gratitude, I want to thank all the citizens, residents of the municipality of Elbasan who came out to vote today. I want to thank everyone who believed in me and supported me with my passion for change. I also want to thank all the observers, commissioners, political leaders and my close collaborators with whom we shared this difficult but beautiful journey, which brought me even closer to my citizens and to the city to which I belong. The result of these elections carries a number of contestable elements, which the media witnessed and confirmed in Elbasan throughout this day. The evil is already institutionalized in our country and reconciliation with it I hope will be just an episode. Man never stops fighting!
