Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha said that the best time to discover the connections between politics and the world of crime is during the election campaign.

He says that if the phones of criminal exponents were tapped during this period, a "spectacle" would be heard.

According to Hoxha, criminal groups are the first to smell when the time comes that the powers will change.
