The Constitutional Court dismissed this Thursday the request for the repeal of the "house arrest" measure for Sali Berisha's son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi.

This decision was taken due to the failure to form the necessary decision-making majority of 5 judges.

Malltezi himself reacted to this decision of the Constitutional Court.

The latter stated that he was not surprised by the decision, while he calls the members of the Court thieves.

"When they didn't have the proof that the thieves came out saying that 1/5 of the MPs are not legitimized and they didn't have a problem becoming a meme with the fact that Berisha is allowed to go out of the country, but not out of the house, these blunders are to be expected.
