In the plenary session of this Thursday, the Speaker of the House of Commons of Canada, Antony Rota, was invited to give a speech of greeting, on the occasion of his visit to Albania, together with the delegation accompanying him.

Two interpellations and a question session took place in the Assembly. Prime Minister Edi Rama and several MPs and ministers, who are abroad for official meetings, were not present today.

But even in this plenary session, the cameras captured moments that were not seen by the viewers through the screen.

What is noticeable are the empty chairs of the deputies and the moments when the politicians went to the entrance of the Parliament building, where there were no shortage of generous colleagues who helped each other with umbrellas to protect themselves from the rain.
