CNA.al  has reported in the last two days that Ervin Salianji, known as the deputy "Babale", has started collecting signatures to overthrow Enkelejd Alibeaj.

Official sources told CNA.al that Salianji is seeking to become the chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group and for this he has made an agreement with the democratic leader Sali Berisha.

This news of CNA.al was confirmed this evening by Salianji himself, who stated that he held meetings with DP officials.

In an interview with journalist Elona Meço, the deputy claims that he wants the PD group to get out of the impasse that Alibeaj has sent it.

"There have been meetings between me and the DP functionaries to find a solution that will be unifying, for a unifying public message for the DP and to get the group and the DP out of an artificial impasse that is held for interests deeply personal of few people", he said./ BA - CNA.al
