The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, accused the commanding director of the State Police, Sokol Bizhga.

During the speech at the night protest on "Mustafa Matohiti" street, Berisha said that Bizhga is the man of black medals.

According to him, Bizhga was appointed director of the State Police by order of Suel Çela and Minister Taulant Balla.

"Yesterday they sacked Rrumbullak, who turned into a blind tool and was thrown away like a squeezed lemon by criminal ministers and thugs. But, the one who replaces Rrumbullak, he is the man of black medals. It is the nickname of Suel Çela and Taulant Balla.

Look, friends, as far as crime goes, let us appoint the general director of the police, because the new minister is in the pocket of crime.

This Lubi Balluk soldier only follows orders. Then tell me, aren't these murderers, these criminals above the law? Isn't the rule of law a hypocrisy in Albania? Where can there be safety in this country when gangs rule everywhere.

My friends, today Albania calls every Albanian to be the master of this country.

Albania has fabulous wealth to prosper every Albanian. Albania has tremendous potential to employ twice as many Albanians as live here today. But Albania is the country that is looted, that is stolen more than any other country in Europe.

Albania is the country where public funds are stolen like nowhere else. Public assets are transformed into the assets of the governors. Albania is the country of citizens without justice.

The country in which a citizen, to receive a decision from the courts, must wait 14.6 years. This time never exists anywhere on planet earth. This happens in the middle of Europe. This happens with Albanians.
