SPAK recently issued a notice regarding the associates of Mayor Erion Veliaj and his wife Ajola Xoxa.

The SPAK's long and explanatory announcement spoke of several entities and various schemes used by the mayor and his wife, who is abroad.

One of the businessmen mentioned by SPAK stands out. He is the only one with an arrest warrant.

CNA has learned from official sources that the person who has an arrest warrant is called Elman Abule, a close associate of Veliaj, one of his friends, who was arrested in the afternoon by the State Police.

Precisely because the arrest warrant had not yet been executed, SPAK hid his name in the announcement, but official sources confirm that Elman Abule has already been arrested.
