SPAK leader Altin Dumani has responded to Prime Minister Edi Rama's accusations of not monitoring political parties in the electoral process.
Dumani makes it clear to Rama that the request for such a plan came from the Assembly, which expressed concern about electoral crimes.
"SPAK has drafted a strategy to investigate criminal offenses during the 2025 elections.
I need to underline something, it is a legal obligation that is provided for in the legislation.
The Assembly recommended that SPAK take a proactive approach to investigating electoral crimes, especially facts made public, and launch investigations.
In response to the assembly's request, SPAK drafted a plan of measures; the groups on the ground will act in cooperation with the CEC, the state police, etc.
"The investigation of criminal offenses will take place in elections without political influence," said Dumani./ CNA
