Today, the mayor arrested for corruption and money laundering, Erion Veliaj, has come out with another reaction that is nothing more than an attack on the prosecutor who sent him behind bars.

Veliaj used the image of other people to vent his anger while in prison.

In his post on social media, citizens have massacred him with their comments, although he takes care to delete most of them.

One of them addresses him, writing that he will suffer the blood of Ardit Gjoklaj and the tears of the mothers whose children he left outside by demolishing their homes on May 5th.

"You're a super thief, you're just trash. I guarantee you'll suffer the tears of those mothers whose children you poisoned to ruin their homes."

"You will suffer the blood of Ardit Gjoklaj. All those who are as rotten as you are waiting for you, and some servile people are waiting for you. I hope you never leave that place," the comment says.

These comments clearly show the citizens' opinion of Mayor Erion Veliaj, no matter how much he engages his subordinates to clean social networks of real comments, those that clearly show what their opinion is of the man accused of money laundering and corruption, two criminal offenses that are clearly indicated in the court's nearly 400-page decision./ CNA
