"Partizani" file/ Argita Malltezi: Privatization of the complex was

Invited to Erla Mëhilli's show, Argita Malltezi spoke about SPAK's accusations against Sali Berisha and Jamarbër Malltezi.

Argita Malltezi said that SPAK did not deserve to include in the investigative file against her father a document proving that the privatization was done during the time of Fatos Nano's government and not during the time of Berisha's government.

 "We submitted the letter that proves that the privatization was done by the Nano government and not by the Berisha government to SPAK since August 2023 when we filed a report against Taulant Balla. To this day, SPAK has not entered it into the file. On page three of the indictment, it says that the privatization process started in the middle of 2005, and the next paragraph says that when Berisha won the elections, it creates the idea that Berisha started it, in fact it was started by the Nano government. There has been no acceleration for the privatization of the "Partizani" complex. According to the law that was changed during the Berisha government, two new control filters were introduced, which was the General Director of the Agency and the State Attorney's Office. Control filters have been added in order to protect the public interest." - said Malltezi./CNA
