Socialist MP: Xhafaj Commission cannot control SPAK

SP MP, Toni Gogu

The Socialist MP, Toni Gogu, spoke this evening about the special commission, which will be headed by Fatmir Xhafaj and will appeal to state institutions.

Gogu said Xhafaj's commission cannot take control of SPAK.

He stated that the commission will coordinate, create a national plan and propose legal changes that may be required by independent institutions.

"The commission cannot take SPAK under control. It is a coordinating commission, it is a commission that creates a long-term national action plan, 10 months will be the commission's activity. And it is a commission, which in the end can propose legal changes to the Assembly with proposals from the relevant institutions, but not on its own initiative", stressed the MP./ CNA
