The Democratic Party continues with its denunciations of violations in the May 14 election process.

Chairman of the Zonal Election Administration Commission (KZAZ) no. 47 of the Elbasan Municipality has denounced that suspicious practices have been carried out that raise the concern that manipulations of the results have been made in the electoral process in the Elbasan Municipality.

"I am here in the capacity of the chairman of the Zonal Commission for the Administration of Elections (KZAZ) no. 47 of the Elbasan Municipality, to denounce the irregularities and violations observed in all stages of the electoral process in this CEAZ. Specifically:

From the Commissions of Voting Centers, 47, 72 electronic voting and counting devices (PENV) were delivered to the CEC, without a security seal, this is a serious violation reflected in the relevant minutes submitted to the CEC.

Zonal Electoral Administration Commission no. 47, has certified the results obtained by the operators, which have been deposited in the Central Election Commission, CEC.

On the day when the result tables and summary tables were submitted to the CEC, we were asked to fill in other tables with results different from those that the Voting Equipment has printed and we have previously certified for Voting Centers No. 2481/1 and 2483. Their claim was because the delivered device has other data than what we had certified by unanimous decision of KZAZ 47. This is a very big question mark that raises many doubts.

I and the opposition commissioners have refused on the grounds that different results tables cannot be issued for the same VC, asking the CEC to correct the final tables based on the Electoral Code.

The CEC pressured me several times and several days in a row to approve their signs, even with criminal prosecution.
