The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said today that Prime Minister Edi Rama may have the same fate as the former leader of Panama, Manuel Noriega, who, after turning the country into a narco-state, was convicted in the US and other countries.
Invited to the 'Debat' show with journalist Alba Alishani on A2CNN, Berisha stated that there is nothing strange about Rama's support from internationals, as he too could have a similar end.
Berisha said that Rama is the narco-dictator of the Balkans.
"There is nothing strange. There was a narco-dictator of Panama who was helped with the belief that he would create a state of law, but he turned it into a narco-state. So much so that George Bush I sent the Marines and they found him in the jungle. He was sentenced to many years and after prison, France sentenced him to life. I say this because there is nothing strange that Ramaduro will have the fate of Noriega. They achieve this because they have many factors. So do not be surprised at all. Rama is the narco-dictator of the Balkans", - said Berisha./CNA
