Berisha: The Berlin process buried the Open Balkans

"Without question the Open Balkans is dead".

This is what the leader of the DP Sali Berisha expressed during the online conversation with journalists.

"The Berlin process, at the last summit, the agreements signed by the 6 Balkan countries, buried the Open Balkans project, in which these agreements were on the agenda, but Kosovo was given the right to sign, not as an equal country between equals, as happened in these agreements.

"De facto, Serbia recognized the identity cards of Kosovo and this is a great achievement," said Berisha.
