Berisha attacks Rama and Begaj: The election of Minister Diella is a flagrant violation of the Constitution

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, directly accused Prime Minister Edi Rama and President Bajram Begaj of committing a flagrant violation of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania with Minister Diella, created with Artificial Intelligence.  

Invited to the show 'Opinion' with journalist Blendi Fevziu, Berisha expressed criticism regarding today's plenary session process.

Berisha added that such an act of approval is a sign of irresponsibility.

"Today, the most serious act has occurred in Parliament. In the most flagrant violation of the Constitution, the most important process which is the approval of the program. The process today began with a rape, a flagrant violation of the Constitution. Today, a man who has no principles, due to his arrogance. Presented today in Parliament the virtual minister, Diella. No constitution in the world recognizes her. But in the Constitution of Albania, the Council of Ministers are its elements and to claim that with the desire of someone who I do not want to spoil the mouth, the irresponsibility of a president, proclaims an Avatar as minister. It has nothing to do with the Constitution. A man who has no morals and the constitution and his vassal the president who decrees it", - said Berisha. /CNA
