"The opposition is under great stress"/ Sula: Democrats in difficulty

Former MP Dashnor Sula said today in a television appearance that the opposition's biggest problem is its decline as a political alternative, due to the absence of many figures in the Assembly.  

 "Many DP figures should have been in the Assembly. The Democrats are bringing grist to Rama's mill. I am sorry for the situation in the parliament. For 2 days and 2 nights, the opposition should have analyzed the government's program well. The opposition is under great stress, it is decreasing every day. People on the streets or at the grassroots level understand the situation," Sula declared. 

Sula also spoke about the possible opposition candidate for the Municipality of Tirana, calling it a difficult task for the Democrats to take on, as they prefer luxury and vacations.

"No one takes it upon themselves to run for the Tirana Municipality. Sali Berisha is close to Flamur Noka and Albana Vokshi. These people want luxury, vacations. The opposition is about grassroots work, meeting people at the grassroots level. Berisha does not call for protests because people no longer come. Sali Berisha used to gather many people before, because they still had hope, but now they no longer have hope that the DP will come to power," said Sula. /CNA
