The Head of the Environment Department in the Democratic Party, Jamarbër Malltezi, through a post on social networks, recalled a speech by the Minister of Agriculture, Andis Salla, at the time when he headed the Municipality of Cerrik.

Alongside the video, where Salla talked about cleaning the drainage channels, Malltezi writes that the former mayor of Cërrik was selling it as an achievement, while the local government in this municipality has always been held by the Socialist Party.

 

" He appointed this Minister of Agriculture. Look at what a level! He has cleaned 12 meters of drainage canal! Achievement! 20 years without cleaning, while the local government there has been held by the Socialist Party all its life ," writes Malltezi.
