Rilindja journalist Baton Haxhiu has stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama, as always, has personalized the campaign. Their slogan is only with Rama and the SP 2030 in the EU.

Invited to the show Opinion, Baton Haxhi said that, apart from Rama, he does not know any figure in the PS who can attract voters.

"What is Rama's slogan? First, the slogan is only with Edin and the SP 2030 in the EU, it is a vision. It is a concrete thing and it is a commitment. After all, within the discourse of European leaders, two dates are mentioned, 2027 and 2030. Neritan is right that this is a process, a procedure, but what used to be a process, a documentation that took more time than internal economic development, Rama and his cabinet have resolved with the Albanian side, with Mira Murat who can prepare the documentation faster than anyone else in this process.

The second reason why the Socialist Party has an advantage in this process is because it is not burdened with fragmentation like the opposition. The opposition is fragmented, without vision, and is fighting more about who will be the chief opposition leader after the elections than about winning the elections. Because it is fragmented, I do not believe it is competitive in these elections.

"Great Albania" is hyperbolized as a phrase because if you impose harsh criticism, what it was in Brussels, set almost insulting criteria for the country and then build the slogan "Great Albania", there is a very large distance between what you want to achieve and what you say to the government. Rama has personalized the campaign as always, he has his own effect on his voters, he has his own discourse.

Rama needs the gray electorate to move to a point that he wants, 77, but the Socialist Party's electorate is very stable. Take away Tirana which has the gray electorate that strongly opposes the SP and Rama also because of the Veliaj effect, I think that the electorate in Albania, especially the SP and the gray one leans to the left, to the SP or rather I should say it is connected to Edi Rama.

"Only with Edin, who has a secure 51-52% of approval, shows that someone has worked to bring the electorate, the Albanian population, closer to Edin, with his name or with the slogan.
