The head of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, stated in the plenary session that the Assembly is violating the regulation, as according to him, the motion with a debate on drug trafficking should have been included in the agenda, focusing on the investigations on Xibraka and the brother of Prime Minister Edi Rama, Olsi Rama. 

"You must allow minutes to the deputies. Each deputy manages the floor himself. In complete violation of the regulation of the Assembly, you overlooked an issue that was considered in the conference of the Speakers, contrary to the regulation, you decided not to bring it to the plenary session. You will have to respect that provision that applied at the Conference. The parliamentary group has presented a request with a debate regarding the production and sale of drug trafficking items in our country. We have brought the example of the release by the police, of Olsi Rama's cooperation in the case of Xibraka. You have decided to become a party and defend him, to become Olsi Rama's lawyer. You have not brought this motion to the Assembly. You cannot close this case because the investigation for Xibraka has not been closed," he said, addressing Ermonela Felaj. 

While speaking to Spiropal, Bardhi emphasized that he does not have the courage to mention the name of Olsi Rama. /CNA
