Basha kallëzon në SPAK Lindita Nikollën

Kreu i PD-së së vulës, Lulzim Basha ka kallëzuar kryetaren e Kuvendit, Lindita Nikolla në Prokurorinë e Posaçme.

Ai e akuzon Nikollën se ka kryer veprën penale "shpërdorim detyre".

Kallëzimi në SPAK lidhet me revokimin e vendimit të Bashës për rikthimin në grupin e PD-së, të deputetëve të përjashtuar prej tij.

Lindita Nikolla miratoi kërkesën e Gazment Bardhit për rikthimin e deputetëve në grup dhe Basha pretendon se është shkelur ligji.

“Ka cënuar në mënyrë të vazhdueshme funksionimin e grupit parlamentar të PD duke mos zbatuar vendimet për kryetarin dhe kryesinë e grupit, duke shkarkuar dhe zgjidhur marrëdhëniet e punë ndërmjet grupit dhe këshilltarëve të tij, duke pezulluar në periudhën tetot-mars të gjithë veprimtarinë administrative dhe parlamentare të grupit, duke njohur si kryetar grupi deputetët të cilët me vendim të organeve drejtuese të partisë nuk janë pjesë e saj.

Zbatimi i kërkesave apo njoftimeve të deputetëve të caktuar, të cilët nuk janë pjesë e PD dhe e grupit të saj parlamentar, duke deformuar vullnetin politik të PD, përbëjnë sjellje me dashje”, thuhet ndër të tjera në kallëzim./ CNA
