PD ridorëzon në “Kushtetuese” kërkesën për mandatin e Xhaçkës/ Bardhi: Po e marrin në mbrojtje

Pas mbledhjes së grupit parlamentar të PD-së, Gazment Bardhi ka deklaruar se do të ridepozitojë në Gjykatën Kushtetuese kërkesën sa i takon mandatit të deputetes Olta Xhaçka.

Bardhi tha se nuk mund të pranojnë që të shkelen hapur vendimet e Gjykatës Kushtetuese duke i dhënë mbrojtje politike një eksponenti të lartë të mazhorancës.

“Kushtetuta ka përcaktuar që këtë konflikt mes opozitës dhe mazhorancës e zgjidh gjykata kushtetuese. Nëse opozitës i heq dhe mundësinë për të bërë drejtësi ke rrëzuar shtetin dhe çdo mjet demokratik.

Nuk mund të ketë një luftë të rremë ndaj pandëshkueshmërisë. Nuk mund të ketë mbrojtje politike ndaj bashkëpunëtorëve të Edi Ramës.

Do të ridepozitojë në Gjykatën Kushtetuese kërkesën sa i takon mandatit të Xhaçkës. Nuk mund të pranojmë që të shkelen hapur vendimet e Gjykatës Kushtetuese duke i dhënë mbrojtje politike një eksponenti të lartë të mazhorancës”, tha Bardhi./ CNA
