The candidate of the Together We Win Coalition for the Municipality of Shkodër, Bardh Spahia, today held an electoral meeting with the residents of the Zogaj area.

He has responded to Prime Minister Rama's accusations that Shkodër Municipality has been an obstacle to the procedural steps regarding permits and expropriations that are necessary for the further development of government investments in this municipality.

Spahia has stated that the Shkodër Municipality has reacted correctly and in record time to what legal obligation belongs to that institution, but the impasse lies with the government, which lacks funds.

"We have made requests, they have not funded. He came out and said in Shkodra with the greatest impudence, on a sunny day... how can the prime minister come out and lie with the greatest impudence that we did not give permission for this, I don't know. Whatever the character is, it is enough to be human and not lie in that unscrupulous way. We have given all the permits in record time," said Spahia./CNA.al
