The head of the "Together We Win" coalition, Sali Berisha, has stated that the electoral program of the candidate for Tirana, Belind Këlliçin, has electrified the entire capital.

Mentioning some of the strongest points of Kelliçi's program, such as free public transport and the underpass in "Skënderbej" square, Berisha stated that there is no promise of Kelliçi that is outside the interests of the citizens.

"I am interested in Belind Këllici taking over Tirana and Tirana changing. The candidates' campaign will be for the citizen, they will not deal with politics, they will deal with the citizen, I will deal with politics myself and this is a rational and honest division. What are these candidates doing and doing? . Belind Kelliçi electrified Tirana with the program. Kelliçi has electrified Tirana with promises of free transport, the underpass in Skënderbej square. Among other things, the former prime minister said that the victory of Belind Këlliç in Tirana is irreversible, according to the polls conducted so far.

"In the most serious poll we have, the difference is irreversible: victorious for Belind Kelliçi and fatal for Erion Veliaj. Kelliçi walks confidently towards victory. It is an internal poll, but very valuable. 10 days ago, another poll was published where I saw that the approval rating for Belind Këlliç had reached 47.8%.
