Project for the stadium in Vlora/Rama: We are creating the soccer infrastructure

This Saturday, the winning project for the construction of the "Flamurtari" stadium in Vlora is expected to be announced.

Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about this project, emphasizing the importance that the Albanian government is giving to sports.

He has promised that the work on the construction of sports fields in schools will continue.

Among other things, the prime minister added that football infrastructure of FIFA and UEFA standards, the best in the region, is being built in Albania.

"In Vlora, the value of property and apartments has continuously increased. By uniting the public interest with the private one, based on the model we have built very successfully with the football federation. For us, sport is now not only a written priority, but announced through action, the football federation and the Olympic committee. We will continue to create sports grounds in schools, it is receiving support from the communities. We are creating the football infrastructure of FIFA and UEFA standards, the best in the region ", he said./CNA.al
