From the village of Buzëmadh in Kukës, the political leader of the Socialist Party for the Diaspora, Taulant Balla, invited not only the Kukians but all the Albanians in the diaspora to invest in their homeland, taking advantage of the Mountain Package, a series of measures by the government to transform the ancestral lands into success story.

"The Mountain Package is the new window of opportunity to revitalize the lands of the ancestors, to build guesthouses and agro-tourism and naturally to bring pride and development to our country everywhere. Ease in the process of legalization for all constructions, certification of properties inherited from your forefathers.

This invitation goes out to all our compatriots in the diaspora to invest in the properties inherited from their parents and to make our Albania a model of success in mountain tourism," the minister declared.

Mountain tourism and investments for its revitalization continue to remain a priority of the government, being reinforced with the Mountain Package, to encourage and support local investors, who want to invest their labor savings in emigration in the lands of the first theirs.
