Enkelejd Alibeaj has again requested the unification of the democrats, after the Court of Appeal returned the issue of the seal to the Court of Fact for retrial, recognizing him as a party in the process.

Alibeaj said in the show "Opinion" that his favoritism does not divide the PD, as he claims that it does not change anything.

"I do not comment on the court's decision because it is only implemented. I do not comment on it as a model of how a politician should not comment on the decisions of other institutions. When the Courts speak everyone else must be silent. We are not talking about the fact that it could split the DP, this is a decision that has not changed anything for the DP even before the 3rd. The structures are the same as before the 3rd. I do not feel triumphant, on the contrary, I feel a great responsibility. This decision is a good unifying moment, where the democrats understand that their enemy is the Rama regime and that there is only one way to fight, united democrats.
