The member of the National Council of the DP, Jamarbër Malltezi, accuses the Prime Minister Edi Rama of bankrupting the state in order to seize power.

In a post on social networks, Malltezi writes that crime, intimidation and patronage are at the root of power.

Malltezi says that the administration of Durrës Water and Sewerage owes more than 3 million euros to OSHEE.

He adds that the budget goes to the patronage, documenting, according to him, a 5-fold increase in staff within 8 years!

Patronazhistja e PS dhunon ligjin për ti sherbyer grabitesve te pushtetit. Shkeljet e ligjit perfshijne qofte prezencen e militanteve te PS dhe materialeve propaganduese brenda shkolles ku ndodhen qendrat e votimit, dhe qofte frikesimin qe i behet votuesve duke i detyruar qe te paraqesin dhe t’u fotografohet karta e identitetit nga patronazhistja e PS perpara se te shkojne ne QV per te votuar.

Sapo mora vesh per kete veprim filmova ne menyre demonstrative paligjshmerine, gje qe terboi mbi 30 punonjes te KUZ Durrës qe ishin aty ne gatishmeri per te siguruar vota per hajdutet ne pushtet. Grabiten celularin dhe fshine videon dhe e kthyen celularin vec kur ju tha se kjo grabitje eshte veper penale dhe shkollen e kthen ne vendngjarje krimi ndaj duhet te vije policia.

Mora vesh se kjo skene me Patronazhisten e PS qe fotografonte kartat e votuesve ishte perseritur edhe ne dy votimet e fundit por ish kryetari kish preferuar te mos ndihej per paligjshmerine e zgjodhi ta mbante mire me pushtetin dhe banditet sesa te mbronte te drejtat e qytetareve!

Mora vesh gjithashtu se KUZ Durrës ishte ndermarrje e falimentuar pasi ka mbi 3 miljon euro borxhe ne OSHEE nga mos pagesa e faturave te energjise dhe se KUZ Durrës gjithe buxhetin e ka per Patronazhistet duke 5-fishuar stafin nga 160 ne 830 punonjes brenda 8 vitesh! Bingo ben te gjesh 5 inxhiniere ujrash ne KUZ Durrës! Pra falimentojne sherbimet publike per te kap pushtetin e vjedh me banditet! Trishtim!

Incidenti detyroi PS qe te hiqte patronazhisten nga mjediset e shkolles dhe QV-ve, si edhe i tregoi qytetareve se demokratet do perballen me paligjshmerine me cdo cmim!
