"5 municipalities, 5 victories"/ Rama: Citizens trusted the

Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted after the results of the by-elections in 5 municipalities in the country.

Through a post on social media, Rama writes that the Socialists have achieved 5 victories in this period, which according to him are 5 more reasons to thank citizens for their trust.

Rama adds that this victory also comes in the face of the opposition's extreme weakness in this race.

"5 municipalities, 5 victories and 5 more reasons to thank the citizens for their trust, despite the extreme weakness of the opposition, yesterday's rainy weather, or the very nature of the by-elections, which do not stimulate participation."

Congratulations to the new mayors, from Bruna, the first woman to lead the municipality of Vlora;

Ervin the second of Berat, who with over 83% of the votes and 13,049 out of 15,454 votes of the SP on May 11 for the Berat municipality, has achieved an impressive result;

Florenci in Cërrik, Gramozi in Tepelena and Altini in Mat, all three with meaningful results, which are a strong foundation for the work that will follow in the service of those communities," Rama writes./CNA
