According to the figures published so far on the official website of the Central Election Commission, the SP candidate, Brunilda Mersini, leads with 79.64% or 219 votes.
Meanwhile, independent candidate Dionis Sota comes in second, with 12.73% or 35 votes, while Gjergji Nika has so far secured 21 votes or 7.64.
