Even when he was a minister and then the Socialist Party made Erjon Velise the mayor of Tirana, and at other times through writings or statuses on social networks, I had drawn his attention to be careful because he had overdone everything he did, and it was not even clear whether he was a mayor as a local government or a foreign minister of Albania, but he continued his madness, whose deeds could only be measured by the stories of Nastradin.
