Në seancën e gjyqit si mjet për të ushtruar presion ishte investuar edhe Avokatura e Shtetit. Çështja është krejt jashtë fushë veprimit të Avokaturës së Shtetit. Por aferim. Avokatët e shtetit gjejnë kohë për të shkuar në sallën e gjyqit për mbylljen e një kopshti fëmijësh?!!

Nëse do të kishim një gjykatës ideal do të mjaftontin dy pyetje për përfaqësuesit e ministrisë dhe Avokatisë së Shtetit, për të zbuluar motiviet e vërteta të mbylljes së kopshtit: - Sa inspektime kanë zhvilluar në kopshtet e tjera? Në renditjen nga 1 deri 10 çfarë vendi zënë në rang vendi (sipas inspektimeve të mërpashme të vetë ministrisë), kopshti i i mbyllur?
