What comes to mind when you hear or read the word: personal? For me, every time I say, write, read or hear this word, a multitude of beautiful things come to me.

Personally, first of all, I declare that whatever issue, thought, thing, problem, joy, reason, motive, action, etc. I am talking about, belongs to me.

This affiliation gives me and only me the rights and responsibilities I define as personal.

To cut it short, and save the elaboration on this argument, in a second moment, I am coming to why this start?

Because regimes, autocracies, dictatorships, tyrannies, have their essence and power here, in the nationalization of the personal.

The nationalization of the personal in the dictatorship turns us into objects and subjects of power. Personal becomes a cause of enmity or even directly enemy of power. Whoever defines something other than the party as belonging, gets into trouble and suffers trouble.

The nationalization of the personal means that we do not have any right of belonging, decision or choice.

The government thinks and makes decisions for us.

So, in December '90, when Albanian students and citizens raised their heads and stood up with the call: We love Albania like all of Europe, maybe they knew, maybe not, but they performed the first personal act by publicly confessing what they want.

The nationalized staff is not public, because it does not create a community, but a mass. Personal freedom, when it becomes public, does not melt, does not annihilate, but creates community.

In these 33 years, we have fought so much for the personal, that we have often exceeded the limits. Out of gluttony, greed and ignorance, we made personal what did not belong to us, or destroyed what was public as state.

Here we are today in a situation that is not at all tyrannical and not at all dictatorial.

However, the behaviors and symptoms of the powers are completely autocratic and enemies of freedom. My thesis is simple. They want very much to restore the dictatorship, but the geostrategic reality and the power of the liberated personnel in Albania do not allow them.

That's why they do every mischief and trick to depersonalize the Albanian citizen. They want to nationalize the staff at all, but they can't, because they can't establish any form of dictatorship.

Based on this logic, as long as they have not been able to create a totalitarian state, they commercialize the state. Commercialization of the state does not nationalize our personal, but buys it from us.

The purchase of personnel returns us from persons with personality, that is, from citizens with dignity, to personnel.

The purchase of the personal is made by the sale and purchase of the vote, public services, offices, workplace, career, the mandate of the deputy, etc, etc,...

Consequently, we are no longer militants or contributors in the party, but simply personnel.

As times have come, parties no longer need idealists, thinkers, militants, contributors, tradition, or innovation. Parties only want personnel.

The party leader is the biggest buyer and seller of our personnel. Therefore, no one can do politics without money. Politics is not about choice, competition, freedom. Politics has become a commercial activity.

Human dignity has been declared as a barrier to politics as a commercial activity and is being mercilessly fought by all parties.

Until recently I wrote about the poor citizen. Today we are no longer even weak citizens. We are even worse. They consider us just personnel. This also marks the decline of democracy.../ CNA.al
