Whether the SP wins or loses, the cause continues

Just two days after the May 11 elections, we are summoned to a session at the Court of Appeal to present our claims for the non-dismissal of the case no. 3321/2023 with the applicant Prosecutor Bledar Valikaj (husband of Ermonela Felaj) against Anila Shehu and the Municipality of Tirana (Erion Veliaj) for theft of funds and abuse of office in the case of building no. 6 in Student City.

Bledar Valikaj has requested the annulment of decision no. 3745/586 of 31.10.2024 with judge Vjollca Spahiu at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for the continuation of investigations against Anila Shehu and the Municipality of Tirana.

Regardless of the preliminary results of the May 11 elections, student activist Aurel Kujtimi and I will pursue the cause to the end to bring the entire chain of thieves of the Tirana Municipality to criminal responsibility in the case of the theft of public funds in the Student City.
