Angel Agaçi was not Angel Kaçaku!

Engjëll Agaç's position was until yesterday the highest civil servant in the Prime Minister's Office. It was not an anonymous position. It was the highest position regulated by the Civil Service Law.

His departure from the Prime Minister's Office remained a mystery to the public and public administration employees for many days. Agaçi left without a word, without resignation, and without a press release. Then we heard that with a sudden, illegal action, the Prime Minister appointed a Secretary General who had been dismissed with a warning from the American embassy, ??informing us that the former Secretary had gone to Italy for treatment!
