The defeat of Vucic by the USA/Javelin missiles in Kosovo!

With the capacity of an expert on National Security, the Region and NATO, I have followed with increased responsibility, President Vu?i?'s next statement on the modernization of the Serbian army as a threat: "to the sovereignty of Kosovo established after the victory of the military power of Euro-Atlantic Alliance, UN Resolution 1244 and the Kumanovo Agreement (6/1999)"!

In the following, I present a summary on the source of the recycling of the conflict spirit as well as strategic recommendations for peace and the Euro-Atlantic future of Serbia, Kosovo and the 4 countries of the Western Balkans (RSh, MZ, MV, BH):

First, perhaps also under the weight of pressure from Berlin, etc.: "to investigate the massive fraud of the elections of December 17, 2023", on January 11, 2024, President Vu?i? went to an extraordinary press conference, where he expressed "the official revolt and the great disappointment" to the announcement of the American ambassador Christopher Hill that: "DASH has approved the request to sell Javelin anti-tank missiles to Kosovo".

While foaming at the mouth, he repeated the refrain that: "this is in flagrant contradiction with Resolution 1244"; in a defiant tone, he added that: "We will equip ourselves better and more powerfully..., therefore we will add 740 million euros to the defense budget this year for the purchase of modern weapons." Having said this, he admitted that "we are not as strong as America, England, Germany, Turkey, but with the purchase of these weapons, we will be able to show the world that this brutally violates international legal norms"!?

Having said the above, I advise Mr. Vucic to restrain himself, not to play either the victim or the hero. This is because, first of all, Javelin missiles are not offensive weapons, but ONLY to protect the territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo from any potential enemy, which of course and without any doubt, remains only Serbia.

Secondly, I try to understand Mr. Where does Vucic get the additional frustration and revolt. Therefore, instead of answering in the capacity of the Albanian General*, who cannot be impartial anyway, I am referring to official sources and sound experts in Washington DC:

On January 11, the US Department of State confirmed for Radio Free Europe that: "DASh has decided to approve the sale of 246 Javelin FGM-148F missiles worth 75 million dollars to the Kosovo Security Forces." DASh further added that this sale supports: "US foreign policy and national security objectives by improving Kosovo's defense capabilities as well as interoperability with NATO, without changing the military balance in the region"!

While the well-known Expert, former adviser to Senator John McCain, Admiral ® Mark Montgomery, currently director of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies in Washington, states that: "The Javelin system is a fantastic defense weapon to deter a possible attack with armored vehicles towards Kosovo".

So said with geopolitical clarity and strategic vision from Washington, the Javelin missiles are not to attack Serbia, but only to exercise the sovereign right to defend the territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo.

Thirdly, considering the above, I would like to address Belgrade with 6 messages in the format of strategic advice:

a) Forget the threats to return with glory to the country of crimes against humanity (Kosovo before 1999), as well as the recycling of the bloody war even after the shameful defeat (25 years ago), militarily threatening the territorial integrity of Kosovo, which of ( 06/1999) remains under the control of KFOR/NATO.

b) Even from the point of view of military capacities (even though each of the last 6 years Serbia spends about €1 Billion, not including the additional €740 Million for 2024, for armaments (with Tanks, Mig-29, Mi-35 combat helicopters, missiles Pantsirs, FK-3, etc.), has ZERO capacity or desire to challenge the military power of the USA/NATO/UK. So, not to spend money from the taxes/work of the Serbian people, for armaments, since none of the countries that share state borders does not threaten Serbia . Worse, arming serves organized crime and the agenda of ultra-nationalists not only in Serbia;

c) Give up cynical attempts to test the cohesion between the 31 NATO countries;

d) Not to be further used for Russia's - Putinist ambitions in the Region by exposing 80% of weapons, infrastructures and military activities on the border of Kosovo;

e) To give up the oscillations about: "new state borders in the region and bravery after the war for (non) recognition of Kosovo";

f) The elections of December 2023, removed the mask from Mr. Vucic, as the only moderate factor despite the "extremist rivals" in Belgrade; attempts to "drink" from 3 mothers (Moscow, Brussels & Washington)), or play with some non-friendly ports/countries with NATO, etc.

Fourthly. In the opinion published in September 2021: "the shameful end of Berisha's benjamin", translating the UK expression "don't hit the dead horse". I have confirmed that: "I don't deal with the dead horse anymore". But on Friday, an expert/colleague from abroad harassed me if: "I had followed the statement of the President of the official opposition"? Beyond the humor, I promised a strategic/serious evaluation for this depressing deviation: "we will submit an amendment to the Assembly, where they will request the reallocation of €50 million in military aid to Kosovo" !!

From the beginning I can say that this statement, moreover, made by someone who unfortunately has been the Minister of Foreign Affairs and a candidate for Prime Minister, I consider delinquent for the stability and national interest in the region.

Among other things, this delusional statement would serve the Minister of Milosevic (Vu?i?) and Russia's rear - Putinist, as it would "legitimize" a dangerous precedent to arm not only Dodik in Republika Srpska but also Criminal Groups/ radicals in the North of Kosovo, etc. thereby blowing up the geopolitical status-quo of the Republic of Kosovo as well as the investment of the USA, NATO and the EU for peace, stability and the Euro-Atlantic agenda of the Western Balkan Region.

While, I must also underline that the further investment of the Assembly after this diabolical mind would have a "high cost of disappointment" for the very role, credibility and constructive weight that Albania holds in the stability of the region but also in relations with strategic partners USA, NATO as well as EU.

In addition to this sudden declaration, for the nationwide opinion, again and again, even more strongly than the USA, NATO and RS (not only as its member), since the Military Agreement of Kumanovo in June 1999, they have made it very clear to Belgrade that: " a military aggression against the sovereignty of Kosovo will be considered simultaneously an attack on KFOR/NATO troops"!

Therefore, in order to put an end to this joker who slanders the nation not only within the country, I also have a serious advice for the media: "don't take this delusional delaration seriously, and don't give the microphone on these issues, etc. to this scumbag of procedures"!

In addition, the post-war stories show us that the agreements for stable and long-term peace are not going to work without laying as a foundation a package of measures for coexistence and mutual trust between peoples and countries. Crimea remains a great lesson for the living, as the Peace Agreement-2014 not only did not "sow/bring" peace, but is being paid for with the blood of Ukrainian and Russian citizens.

Therefore, I would suggest to the official actors and strategists/colleagues in the region, Washington, Brussels, etc. that the perspective of peace and the constructive dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo will have to be pre-conditioned by the return of the two Mutual Confidence Measures (CSBM), through to which Official Belgrade and Prishtina "impose" that: (1) They will maintain the balance of offensive military power (armaments, such as Mig-29, Pantsir-S and FK-3 missiles, etc.) to the level that they do not mutually threaten territorial integrity; (2) They will not establish military installations and activities (20 km air distance and 5 land), on the state borders between the two countries. Furthermore, these two conditions of essential weight will have to be monitored by the USA/NATO/EU, which remain a critical factor for the peace and integration of the 6 countries of the Western Balkans.

On the other hand, I would fraternally advise the political factors of Pristina to: "recycling the next split or Belgrade's threats to the integrity of Kosovo and the presence of NATO, the USA", never to consider with populist triumphalism as a favorable circumstance for Kosovo, but above all as a high state responsibility to build modern Kosovo, beyond the presence of NATO (which cannot be eternal...) where above all, citizens regardless of affiliation ethnic, religious and political to feel equal before the law, as well as the factorization of Kosovo's role from consumer to contributor for peace, democratic stability and integration in NATO and the EU!

At the same time, I would re-advise the institutional factors in Tirana and Pristina, that for vital national interests, they should kneel before state responsibilities by implementing a Strategic Plan: "2-Sovereign States 1-One Nation" for the protection of interests national, guaranteeing the USA and NATO that this "delayed approach/smart" does not threaten anyone, not even Serbia, but will contribute as a rational balance for long-term peace between the countries of the region. Having said that, we must clearly underline that: "this long-term project has nothing to do with Mr. Vu?i?, but not with the cynical disdain of the General/Chief of the dead army".

On this occasion, I reaffirm that I remain a soldier of the Motherland, dedicated to humbly contributing to the protection and development of national interests as well as to the strengthening of the strategic partnership with the USA/NATO!
