The truth, that is, the borders and the inalienable geopolitical map, have been rooted and carved with the blood of the nation's martyrs over the centuries, as well as by the military power of the Euro-Atlantic Alliance in 1999. So "as long as there are Albanians as well as the presence of the USA/NATO in Kosovo, Serbia has ZERO chance to "declare war", but it also has ZERO power to militarily attack the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Kosovo".

In addition, you will also find "three strategic recommendations" for state factors as well as experts/open-minded colleagues in Pristina, Tirana, USA/NATO, etc.:

1. In spite of "internationalist dogmas and sovereignist cacophony", official Prishtina will never have to take (without consultation) decision-making with strategic impacts, which undermine the foundations of trust with the "real liberators/USA/NATO, which for 25 years have continued to carry critical weight for the security and future of Kosovo". 2. I would re-suggest to the actors with strategic weight as well as experts/colleagues in the region, Washington, Brussels, etc., that the prospect of peace and the stability of the region should be preconditioned by the return of only two measures of mutual trust (CSBM ), through which Belgrade "imposes" that: (a) it will maintain the balance of military power by not threatening the territorial integrity of Kosovo; (b) will not establish military installations or activities (25 km air distance and 10 km land distance), on state borders between countries. However, these two conditions must be monitored by the USA/NATO/EU, which remain a critical factor for peace in the region.

Whereas, despite the recycling of centuries-old hatred and bloodshed, I believe even more strongly that these Stalinist calls for war still remain an alarm bell, to keep awake the memory of the Balkan peoples that: "peace remains the only mission, in the interest of peaceful coexistence, security , well-being as well as the Euro-Atlantic future of Albania, Kosovo, MV, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia"!
