Jennifer Lopez reveals the secret of great shapes

We all envy Jennifer Lopez. Although she is 52 years old she looks in great physical shape. As we look at it we all ask, what is the secret of what this woman eats?  

The famous singer has often mentioned that she follows an intensive exercise program and a balanced diet. Her personal trainer, David Kirsch, has characteristically said that she is "very focused and very disciplined".

"Jennifer does not give up, she is strong. "She has better muscle tone than some of my 25-year-old clients," said Kirsch, revealing that the singer has not drunk caffeine or alcohol for years. Moreover, she uses olive oil for wrinkles.

Earlier, she said that the secret of anti-aging is to lubricate the face with olive oil. "It's a secret I use all these years because it really works. "One of the things you need to do when you are 15 is to use sunscreen every day," she said.
