Time is precious and unfortunately with everything we have to do in our daily lives, we almost always feel like we don't have enough!

There are three strategies we can follow to achieve living a life the way we want.

Let's fill our time with meaning.

One way to take control of our time is to add more of the things we love to our daily routine. The secret is to spend our time wisely and pleasantly, doing something that makes us happy and fills our lives with meaning.

To remove from our lives what harms us

It's time to identify and remove from our lives the situations, habits, or people that cause us physical, emotional, or mental fatigue.

Instead of letting them ruin our mood and wear us out, we choose to remove them from our lives. This will help us have more control over our time, as we will devote fewer hours to activities and thoughts that we do not enjoy.

Perhaps, we will be able to restore our energy, balance, and well-being this way.

Replacing what we don't like with something better

In managing our time, we need to consider something very important. What is it that consumes a lot of our time, without being essentially as useful to us as something else. When we understand what needs to be replaced, we will have taken an important step.

What we do is good if it is in line with our goals and values, but even if not, it should not be completely the opposite, it should not distance us from what we believe.
